Sheli is the founder of Journey Forward, with over 15yrs. of experience, and holds a Masters degree in psychology. She specializes in serving BIPOC individuals in the healthcare field working through anxiety, burnout, and post-traumatic growth, as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist.

Many of us experience symptoms related to painful and traumatic life events. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after the fact. We can help you with forward facing therapy learn how to process and heal wounds of the past in the present.
Mental Health First Aid is a skills based training course that teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to mental health and substance use issues and crises that arise at home, work, or the community.
Dancing Mindfulness is a unique session that uses music and movement as a medium of discovering mindful awareness. Using the 7 principles of mindfulness, this class will invite you to tap into your body's own healing resources that are just waiting to be cultivated.
